Waterfall Alpaca Farm

Nestled in the heart of West Cork, Waterfall Farm is steeped in history with its own Bronze Age Stone Row, the 16th Century Castle nearby and sites of historical interest all around. It is a haven of peace and tranquility and home to some very special animals.

We are great nature lovers and have a big commitment to animal welfare. We use no chemicals on the farm and do as much work as possible by hand. We are also home to a variety of wild life, badgers, foxes, hare, pheasant, herons, dippers, a multitude of song birds etc. If you are very lucky you may even spot our beautiful otters .

We have a loop walk that is accessible to cabin guests where the alpaca walks take place. The walk runs along a beautiful river (a tributary to the Ilen) past pools and cascades, under old Oak and Holly trees and past the spectacular waterfall that gave the farm its name, it is gorgeous at any time of year but especially beautiful when the bluebells are out.

We strongly believe in giving people access to the countryside and get immense pleasure from sharing our lovely farm and creating wonderful memories for people young and old.
