Alpaca walks 

Our Alpaca walks, the first in Ireland, have proven to be very popular and are guaranteed to make people smile! Curious and intelligent animals the alpacas absolutely love their walks too! The walk itself takes about 40 mins, we walk along a trail that runs past fields and young forestry with gorgeous views and along the river under a canopy of old oaks and past the stunning waterfall.

Before we start there's a chance to meet all the other farm residents, the ponies, donkeys, and hens are always firm favourites. We also meet the female Alpacas (we walk the boys) and learn a bit about them and their fascinating history.

Bring a picnic for after the walk and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings , picnic table and toilet on site.

We still walk in the drizzle (this is Ireland after all!) but if weather is too bad another date will be provided.

Please note:

The walk is steep in places with uneven terrain. Sensible footwear a must.
